When I moved to Chesterfield in 2019, I was navigating burnout, anxiety, and a recent arthritis diagnosis.Despite years of yoga practice and working with a counsellor, my old habits of doing more and pushing harder could no longer mask how exhausted, lost, and worn down I felt.This period became the beginning of a deeper shift – one in which I rediscovered sovereignty and reshaped my relationship with my body, with others, and with my work.I now support people and organisations who are navigating complexity, transition, or a sense of being stuck or misaligned.
