What does working with me look like?

Step One – Getting Started

  • The process begins with a Foundation Questionnaire and a 45-minute Activation Session. In this initial session, we’ll discuss your goals and develop a road map for future sessions.

Step Two – The Coaching

  • Depending on your goals and life commitments, I recommend 1 – 2 sessions per month over 3 – 6 months with the option for ongoing mentorship afterwards.

  • Future coaching sessions last 1 hour and are held online or at Kula in Chesterfield to suit you.

  • Sessions are bespoke, but you can expect a blend of somatic movement, mindfulness, meditation, inquiry, breathwork, cognitive interventions (CBT & reframing) and learning.

  • Short homework exercises & self-guided practices are given between sessions to support your transformation and integration.

  • Support between sessions via WhatsApp.

  • Ceremonial CacaoRosebud Tea, or Chamomile Tea are available in all in-person sessions.

  • There is a minimum commitment to 6 x Coaching Sessions

Step Three – Closing the Circle

  • Our working together ends with an Integration Questionnaire and a 45–minute Reflection Session. In this final session, we’ll discuss and reflect on your transformation and set you up for success in the next chapter of your journey.

  • With ongoing mentorship clients, we periodically check in using the Integration Questionnaire to reflect on progress and realign to your evolving needs and goals.
