3rd Friday of Every Monthly

Gathered is a space to explore and self-enquire. A space to move freely and be present and still. A space to be seen and feel safe. A space for you to alchemise and bloom.

What to expact:

Ceremonial cacao, space for inquiry, journaling & sharing as well as guided meditation.

Yoga & Brunch

Sunday mornings are made for rest, relaxation and self-care. This session is here to support you in doing just that!

What to expect:

A 90-minute gentle restorative yoga practice. Guided meditation and breathwork to reset your nervous system. A wholesome smoothie bowl (gluten-free and plant-based) with a range of toppings.

Yoga & Mindfulness for Stress & Burnout

Saturday 10th August | 2pm – 5.30pm

Feeling like you are running on empty? Burning out whilst just keeping afloat? You’re not alone and this workshop is curated just for people like you.

What to expect:

Learn how to identify the early signs of stress & burnout. Explore practices that regulate the nervous system. A gentle somatic movement & restorative yoga practice to help you reset.

All attendees will receive a of resources, including recorded meditations, to help integrate the practices at home.

Autumn Equinox Gathering

Friday 20th September | 6pm – 9pm

The Autumn Equinox marks a point of balance. A celebration of light and dark returning to equilibrium and calls us to prepare for slower months ahead.

This is an evening of reflection and letting go to help you bring a renewed sense of steadiness and balance into life.

What to expect:

Ceremonial Cacao. Guided self-inquiry and journalling to help you come back to balance. Group sharing (if you wish to). Sweet treats and a light supper (gluten-free and plant-based).

Mind, Body, Sound Day Retreat

Saturday 16th November | 9.30am – 3.30pm

A day of nourishment and replenishment in the peaceful setting of Dronfield Hall Barn with Lorna & Bronwyn.

What to expect:

Gentle restorative yoga practice, rejuvenating breathwork, nourishing food, ceremonial cacao and a healing sound journey.
